WTM (WhatsApp Template Message)

WhatsApp Template Message (WTM) are the types of outgoing messages so that our clients can proactively communicate with their target audience through the use of predefined templates.

In Laraigo you can create communication templates according to each channel, if you choose WhatsApp type, you have the option of placing the N-WTM subtype, in which case these templates can be used in specific notification flows, that is, it allows the sending a WhatsApp message, of any type allowed, expecting a single response from the user and this is not considered MAU.

Terms of use

The Laraigo platform is hosted on IBM Cloud, providing the necessary support to offer a solution availability of 99.9% per year, however, it does not include the availability of communication channels and/or third-party services.

The concept of MAU (Monthly Active User) means Unique Active Users per month and refers to the fact that users who contact your company or business can do so from any communication channel as many times as they wish during the period. the current calendar month, this saves additional costs. 

For example, if a contact wrote through any of the channels during the month of January, but did not write again in the month of February, they would only be considered an active user in the month of January.

Likewise, if the user writes several times during the month of January, they will be considered as a single monthly active user (MAU). 

All Laraigo plans have technical support 24 hours a day, every day of the year, depending on the type of plan, service level agreements may have greater advantages

Additional costs:

The Laraigo costs expressed in the price table do not include Artificial Intelligence, which will have an additional cost. Each case must be reviewed individually since the costs may vary depending on the contracts that the client may or may not maintain with the Laraigo representative. artificial intelligence. 

Any external service that the client wishes to consume is not included in the cost, for example, WhatsApp Meta messages, nor includes outgoing HSMs (these would have an additional cost of 0.01 USD per message sent) minutes generated by voice,  telephony minutes, SIP Trunk integration, use of the Voximplant platform (VoiceBot), sending SMS, email, use of X APIs (Twitter), Tiktok, among others. Likewise, Laraigo is not responsible for changes in third-party rate plans.

To take into account: if the client does not consume all the monthly contacts (MAUs) of the plan you currently have, the total amount of the plan will also be charged, that is, if I have a plan of 60 USD (200 MAUS) and I consume 100, I will still be charged 60 USD

Finally, regarding the costs of integration with communication channels, Laraigo has no additional costs or commissions for integration with any communication channel, however, in some cases, the communication channel requires a subscription and/or payment for the use of its APIs, in the case of WhatsApp, Laraigo provides in any of its plans the integration of a WhatsApp number, keep in mind that the number must be delivered by the client, likewise the number must be hosted in the account client's Facebook business. If the client requires an additional WhatsApp number, it will cost an extra $10 dollars per month.
